I created this video for the Fort Tryon Park Trust
A fresh approach to fitness. It shows that you don’t need fancy gym equipment and you don’t need a lot of time. You don’t even need to be wearing workout clothes. All you need is a park bench and an open mind!

Together with my dynamic team of fitness instructors, I demonstrate 101 creative ways to get stronger and more flexible, to improve balance and coordination, and to have lots of fun while doing it—all on a simple park bench. It's the perfect complement to a walk, jog, or bike ride in the park or anywhere you find a bench.

This 15-minute video is jam-packed with a variety of exercises and stretches ranging from easy to moderate to “you’ve got to be kidding” -- so there’s something for everyone. And it may even make you smile.
